Bhagdeep Dhaliwal
Dee has been in the convenience store industry for close to three decades, beginning in the family gas station at the age of 14, working full-service on weekends. Since then, Dee has worked continuously in the Gas & Convenience industry, buying, selling, and developing Chevron branded sites in the greater Bay Area. Dee holds a bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Dee feels strongly that the C-store industry is his community and has raised his children as he was raised with the spirit of giving back to the community. To this end, he dedicates much of his time to working with associations and legislators to help improve and strengthen the industry. Dee serves on the board of directors of several organizations including National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) California Fuels & Convenience Association of which he was President in 2019(CFCA), and American Petroleum and Convenience Association (APCA) of which he is also a founding member. He was formerly on the Pacific Oil Conference (POC) board, and he is a past president of the California Service Station and Auto Repair Association (CSSARA).
